Conference Setup Date/Time

June 5th, setup from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM

June 6th from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Doors open at 7:00am for vendors on June 6 and 8:00 for participants.

Booth Specifications

Each Vendor is allocated one 9′ x 9′ space

Arena floor space is very limited so multiple spots will be reserved only for Diamond and Platinum sponsors.

Each vendor will be allocated a table, electrical outlet, and WiFi internet

Conference Tear-Down

June 7th 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM

  • Booth location will be given to you upon your arrival at the event. 
  • You will enter from the Northwest corner of the facility next to the UWEAR store.   If you need to unload large items, we have a loading dock that can be used on the Southeast corner of the arena.  
  • Each booth location will have a table, table cover, and power available.  If you do not need any of these items, please let me know so we can use those items at a different location.  If you need more than one table, please let me know.  We will try to accommodate, but we have a limited number of tables.  
  • Wireless is provided to all participants.  
  • We have VERY limited hard wired internet connectivity options.  If you would like to have a hard wired internet connection, please let me know as soon as possible.  If we do not make arrangements prior to the the booth placements, we may not be able to accommodate the request. 
  • If you are not going to be able to attend the event, please let me know.
  • If you need to ship any promotional material for the show, please ship to the following address

  • If you send materials early, we will have all materials on your table when you arrive to the event.  Please contact Todd Borland prior to shipping any materials to ensure material is tracked and identified.
